High-lift fittings

High-swing systems are an integral part of any modern kitchen and create pleasant and freer access to the storage space required.

Whereas in most kitchens wall cabinets used to be opened to the side, in modern and well-designed kitchens they are usually opened upwards. This keeps the cupboard door out of the way, reduces the risk of bumping into it and - most importantly - gives you completely free access to the inside of the cupboard.

To open a cupboard to the side, you need to open it upwards.

To be able to open a wardrobe door upwards, you need a reliable swing-up or lift-up system. We offer both high-quality high-swing systems and high-lift systems in our online shop.

The difference between a high-swing system and a low-lift system is that they are both easy to operate.

The difference between high-swing and high-lift systems

With high-swing systems, the cupboard front folds upwards and changes its angle. With high-lift systems, it retains its straight position and merely moves upwards. Which type of system you choose is a matter of taste on the one hand and depends on the space available on the other. High-swing systems, for example, are ideal if there is little space above the cabinet.

High-folding fittings from Blum and Häfele

The BLUM AVENTOS HS high-folding fitting is suitable for one-piece flaps and closes particularly quietly and gently thanks to the integrated Blumotion damping system. The Blum Aventos HS is the ideal choice when there is little space above the cabinet.

Only high-quality materials are used for Blum Aventos. The power storage unit is made of robust steel and has a galvanised surface. Together with the functionally appealing design, the materials used create a dignified impression that makes every Blum Aventos HS up-and-over fitting look good.

A special variant of the Blum Aventos is available in two versions.

A special variant of the Blum Aventos HS high pivot system is the BLUM AVENTOS HS SERVO DRIVE. This combines all the functions and quality features of the standard version with an electric movement support. In this way, even heavy fronts can be opened with ease. Another major advantage is the accessibility of the front.

Smaller people in particular sometimes have to stretch quite a bit to be able to close an open front again. With Servo Drive, this problem is a thing of the past. All you have to do is click a button that is conveniently located at handle height and the front closes completely automatically. You can also open and close the front manually at any time. The servo drive mechanism is not affected by this.

The HÄFELE FREE SWING hardware, just like the Blum hardware, is characterised by special resilience and high-quality workmanship. The materials used and the clear lines make the Free Swing high-swing fitting from Häfele look good even when the front is open and give every kitchen a high-quality impression.

High lift systems from Blum and Häfele

High-lift systems open the front straight up without swinging it. With the Aventos HL, Blum offers such a high-folding fitting or high-lift fitting. The Blum Aventos HL has all the quality features that also distinguish the Blum Aventos HS.

Like all high-lift systems, the Aventos HL high-folding fitting is particularly suitable for cabinets with cornices, side-panels or carcases above. Under the designation BLUM AVENTOS HL SERVO DRIVE, this fitting is also available with electric movement support.

Hafele also offers the FRONT LIFT FITTING FREE UP, an extremely functional and attractive solution for your kitchen that is also quick and easy to install. Thanks to minimal opening inhibition, multi-position stop and a rich damping effect, the Free Up high lift system from Häfele ensures an extremely pleasant operating experience.
