Häfele Absenkdichtung DDS 12 made of aluminum, MADE IN GERMANY
The DDS1 2 lowerable seal from Häfele is the perfect solution for soundproof doors according to DIN 4109 and fire and smoke protection doors certified by BS and UL. With a width of 12 mm and a maximum sealing height of 11 mm, the DDS12 provides excellent sound insulation of 42 dB with a floor gap of 7 mm.
DDS 12 is a one-sided lowerable seal equipped with an aluminum housing and a self-extinguishing silicone sealing profile. The stop is suitable for DIN left and DIN right, so you don't have to worry about the correct alignment. The outer housing is made of untreated aluminum, while the sealing profile is gray.
With a height of 31 mm, the DDS12 can be easily mounted by slotting it in with mounting brackets. The seal can also be easily cut to the required length using a hacksaw or angle grinder. There are six length options to choose from, ranging from 630 mm to 1130 mm.

INSTALLATION NOTE:
- The double-sided lowering is only possible in the installed state - the seal requires the counter pressure of the door

- 730 mm - can be shortened to 605 mm
- 830 mm - can be shortened to 705 mm
- 930 mm - can be shortened to 805 mm
- 1030 mm - can be shortened to 905 mm
- 1130 mm - can be shortened to 1005 mm

Sehr gutes Produkt
Unsere Haustüre liefert schon immer extreme Zugluft ab. Durch Zufall entdeckten wir hier diese Türdichtung.Die Zugluft ist nun passe.Der Einbau war ein wenig kniffelig, weil wir in unserer Türe keine Nut hatten, aber letztlich ließ sich die Türdichtung sehr gut einbauen.Das Gummi ist gut einstellbar durch die Schraube und wir somit sehr zufrieden, weil spürbar nichts mehr durchdringt.

Türdichtung funktioniert einwandfrei.Ist weiter zu empfehlen.Muss aber eine Handoberfrässe haben um die Nut einzufrässen.

Passt
Die erste Lieferung war leider defekt. Aber der Verkäufer war enorm hilfsbereit und hat das Teil umgehend ausgetauscht. Auf meine erste Kontaktaufnahme wurde noch am gleichen Tag geantwortet und das war ein Samstag.
