This high-quality plastic sealing profile is perfect for sealing full glass showers, framed showers, bathtub screens, or other sanitary partitions. It provides effective sealing between glass and wall, as well as between two glass panels, especially in the hinge area.
The REHAU shower seal stands out with its unique clear design, achieved by using the high-quality RAU-PVC1107 formulation combined with optimal tool design. This allows for excellent transparency and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
To improve sliding properties against glass and adjacent components, the strip seal features textured soft PVC sealing lips. These not only ensure smooth movement but also effectively prevent mold growth, ensuring the longevity of the sealing profile.
Another advantage of this shower door seal is its high UV resistance. REHAU rigorously tests the seal with the XENON TEST 1200, cycle 102/18, twist and turn, to ensure it withstands demanding requirements. Even with long-term exposure to sunlight, the seal retains its quality and color.
The installation of this seal is very simple. It is simply attached to the door leaf and provides reliable sealing in the vertical area between two glass elements.
