The plate can be screwed on with the screws supplied and then the cup hinge can simply be attached to it. This means that the hinge can be used even if the holes are damaged or torn out and the hinge sits securely and firmly in the cabinet. Practical mounting plates made of durable, rust-free stainless steel for mounting on a wide variety of furniture and cabinets. Mounting plate for renovating, restoring or retrofitting.
