Delivery time
You will find detailed information on delivery times on the individual product pages. The delivery time abroad (outside the EU) is usually no more than seven working days. The delivery period begins after receipt of payment. If payment is made in advance, the period begins on the next working day after receipt of payment. When paying by invoice, the period begins on the next working day after the order is placed. For express delivery, the average delivery time is 2 working days.
Packaging and ENVIRONMENT:
The majority of our parcel shipments are overpacked again with a neutral shipping carton for better protection. Unless the manufacturer's packaging is already suitable for parcel shipping. For environmental reasons, we have decided to use only recycled stuffing paper for transport-safe backfilling. In addition, we also recycle functional old packaging and stuffing materials (paper, film, etc.) from our suppliers. In this way, we can make a meaningful contribution to environmental protection!
Packaging and transport damage:
We generally ship in proper cardboard packaging. However, if you notice obvious damage to the packaging when you receive the delivery, you must note this on the delivery bill from the parcel service. For example with "Packaging damaged - acceptance with reservation". Because only then can we claim compensation from the carrier for transport damage. If it is already clear when you receive a damaged parcel that the goods are also damaged, please do not accept the delivery and note "Packaging and goods damaged - parcel not accepted" on the delivery bill. In any case, please inform us immediately by email or telephone so that we can decide together how to proceed.

Prepayment
With this payment method, you transfer the order amount to our account in advance. If you transfer the order amount to us via online banking, for example, we will usually receive it within 1-2 working days. The goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received the amount. The payment term is one week, the goods remain reserved for you for 14 days.
Purchase on invoice - Klarna
This method offers you two advantages: Shipping is initiated immediately upon receipt of the order and you have 14 days to pay the invoice that we send you after your order. Please transfer the total amount to the account indicated on the invoice. (Currently this payment method is only available for customers from Germany & Austria).
With this payment method Klarna checks your creditworthiness. In the event of isufficient creditworthiness, Klarna reserves the right to refuse this payment method. Even if you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can pay simply and securely by credit card via PayPal. The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Visa.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can easily pay with your e-mail address and password. Your advantage: Once you have registered with PayPal, you will never have to enter sensitive credit card or bank details again when placing an order. This makes this payment method particularly secure. Payment via PayPal is made in real time and your order is dispatched immediately.

Instant bank transfer
As with Giropay, you can use this payment method to pay for your order in real time via online banking. In contrast to a conventional bank transfer, the merchant is informed of your payment in real time when you pay via Sofortüberweisung. The advantage for you: You receive your goods faster, because the shipping process is initiated immediately and not only after the money has actually been received from your account by the retailer.
You will be redirected to sofort.com for payment. There you select your country and your bank. You will then be asked to log in to your online banking via an input mask from sofort.com. The information will be transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. You must then enter a TAN for confirmation. For security reasons, each TAN can only be used once. The merchant receives a real-time transaction confirmation after the transfer is completed and can ship your goods immediately. You will then receive a summary of your transfer.
Credit card
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Payment is made via a secure connection. Here too, payment is made in real time and the shipping process is initiated immediately. Your credit card will be charged immediately after payment.
Amazon Pay
