Knapp Duo Steel Hanger Connector
The sturdy Knapp Duo 30 steel hanger connectors consist of two equally sized steel parts that interlock with each other due to their construction. They form a very stable connection and the workpieces are immediately load-bearing after screwing and assembling the parts. Ideal for seamless doubling of, for example, blinds in stairs, paneling, cladding, handrails, and doubling for entrance doors.
Easy installation by drilling (low milling depth of only 3 mm) and screwing. The hanging depth is approximately 15 mm.

Knapp Plastic Slide Connector CHAMP
Knapp Sliding Connector CHAMP made of plastic
The proven Knapp Sliding Connector CHAMP, used millions of times, is a universal adhesive aid for all materials imaginable in furniture construction. The body connector is suitable for gluing complicated parts such as mitres where clamps or body presses cannot be used. Since the clamping pressure is applied directly to the joint, tight and cleanly glued joints are always achieved, especially with mitres. Due to the securely fitting in the material and the special locking form of the connector, the opening of the mitre joint (hairline joint) is no longer possible.
The two halves of the plastic connector are glued in opposite directions in lamello slots. The holes on the rounded side of the connector allow the adhesive to securely bond with the material. After that, the parts are simply assembled and tensioned by sliding them in the longitudinal direction - if necessary, a permanent connection can be made by gluing the joint.
Machine processing: Lamello machine: Set depth adjustment to 20 and precisely adjust slot depth T using fine adjustment, then insert connector in opposite directions into milled slot.

The SUNNY is a universal connector made of plastic that can be used in all types of wood materials. The SUNNY is suitable for all kinds of connections, especially for gluing miter joints. The connector is self-tightening, invisible, and does not require clamps or presses during assembly. The springy tabs lock into the connector ends when the parts are slid together, preventing unintentional shifting of the body or furniture parts during glue drying.
The two identical connector halves are simply hammered in opposite directions into the lamello slot. The patented cutting edges cut into the material lengthwise and hold the connector securely in the slot even without adhesive. Assembly is achieved by joining and sliding the parts together. This connection can be immediately loaded and further processed.
Machine processing: Lamello machine: Adjust the depth to 20 and use fine adjustment to precisely set the slot depth, then insert the connectors in opposite directions into the milled slot.
