Experience precise and efficient cutting with the PROFI segmented diamond cutting disc from CUTOP. This high-performance cutting disc with a segment height of 8 mm is your perfect companion for dry and wet cutting of concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, granite, stone and other building materials.
Thanks to the innovative slots between the segments, the cutting dust is effectively extracted and the disc is cooled during operation. This special design also gives the cutting disc a certain flexibility to prevent the formation of cracks, even under the most difficult conditions.
CUTOP PROFI is manufactured by sintering, a process in which metal powder as a binder and industrial diamond powder are bonded together under high pressure and heat. This process ensures a surface with very good roughness values as well as high dimensional and shape accuracy, which significantly reduces the cost of the disc and each cut.
The cutting discs are certified by the Hanover Materials Testing Office (MPA) and meet the safety standards of European standard 13236 (EN 13236).
