Gedotec POWER-FIX fixing set for cabinet suspension rails and support plates
The Gedotec POWER-FIX fixing set is the ideal solution for the reliable installation of cabinet hanging rails for hanging wall units, e.g. in the kitchen. Our set consists of high-quality special screws and matching wall plugs that have been specially developed for this task.
The 2 special screws with a diameter of 5.5 mm and a length of 50 mm have a practical PZ3 cross recess and a robust disc head. Together with the 2 nylon wall plugs supplied, they allow you to securely fasten your mounting rails to various wall materials.
POWER-FIX is suitable for concrete, plasterboard and gypsum fibre boards, vertically perforated bricks, hollow blocks made of lightweight concrete, natural stone, aerated concrete, chipboard and many more.
There are many possible applications: once the mounting rail has been securely fastened to the wall with our screws, you can hang your cupboard effortlessly and stably in this rail. Whether for short cupboard hanging rails up to 450 mm or longer rails up to 2000 mm, our set offers you the right fastening solution.
The recommended quantity of fixing sets to achieve the optimum load-bearing capacity depends on the length of the cabinet hanger rail:
- Support plates & rails up to 450 mm: 1 set
- Rails from 450 - 750 mm: 2 sets
- Rails from 750 - 1000 mm: 3 sets
- Rails from 1000 - 1250 mm: 4 sets
- Rails from 1250 - 1600 mm: 5 sets
- Rails from 1600 - 2000 mm: 6 sets
