Font Vergés, the Spanish parent company of Viefe, has a long tradition of producing buttons. The beginnings date back to 1932, initially in the production of clothes buttons. The grandsons of the company founder restructured the company in 2009: the buttons were now made for furniture and the development of furniture handles began at the same time. Today, Viefe develops and produces furniture knobs and handles and sells them worldwide. Design plays an important, if not the most important role.
Viefe products stand out visually from the normal range. In addition to its own in-house designers, the company also works with developers around the world. The furniture accessories that company directors Marc Font and Josep Font bring to the market today are used in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, children's rooms and living rooms. Wherever a piece of furniture needs to be opened, there is bound to be a handle from Viefe.
The raw materials must meet the same high standards as the finished products: Viefe furniture knobs not only look particularly good, they also last a particularly long time. They are brand quality made in Europe.
Handle strips
Handle strips should be flush with the edge on the one hand, but also allow a simple grip on the other. The strips from Viefe offer an exclusive design for chests of drawers, cupboard doors, display cabinets and kitchen cupboards. They are easy to install and each product comes with chipboard screws for mounting.
Here, too, great importance is attached to small details. As with the Vann model, the inclination of the handle slats is just right to make it easier to grip from above and pull out the drawer. The strips fit seamlessly to the door or drawer front and can be screwed invisibly from the outside. You don't even need a special tool for this.
The handle strips are available in many different lengths, up to 1200 mm. This means they can be fitted to long chests of drawers and large closet doors or sliding doors. To ensure convenient use in this case, there are long handles with decentralized engagement. There is also a wide choice of finishes and models for the handles, from brushed metal to matt white or glossy black.
Shell handles
Shell handles go perfectly with classic and antique furniture. They are very practical and give the hand a particularly good grip when opening a drawer. Nevertheless, Viefe is very innovative when it comes to shell handles. The RASO shell handle from Viefe, for example, is made of solid metal and has a hinged handle profile. It comes with a modern stainless steel look and is suitable for sliding doors and cabinets throughout the living area. The big advantage of these handles is that they lie flat and can simply be inserted and screwed into a square opening. The screws are supplied as with all handles.
For more traditional pieces of furniture, the new shell models are used, such as Petra 0390, where Viefe has modernized the design primarily through the surface treatment: The handles are available in antique copper and old silver look, as well as in matt black. The Aura shell handle also has a retro design, but here the screws are concealed and the handle is fitted from the inside. Viefe has put a lot of work into treating the surfaces of the vintage handles: they have a deliberately used look.
Furniture knobs
It all started with knobs at Viefe, and furniture knobs are still the company's flagship products today. They are the result of a complex design process and years of experience with furniture. The knobs in the ECHO range are made of fine ash wood that has been sanded to perfection. The surface is natural and looks correspondingly original. The rustic vintage hardwood cabinet knob is perfect for drawer fronts, furniture cabinets, display cabinets or kitchens.
Viefe offers almost 40 different model series for a modern and contemporary living and working environment. The range extends from fun drawer knobs for children's rooms with animal motifs to the Flexa mixed design, which consists of two zamak knobs and a genuine leather strap. The simple yet modern Graf knobs made of solid aluminum are very popular. They are available in different colors and with a stainless steel look, in matt black or matt brass. They are often used for cupboard doors and drawers in the home. They can also be used in the kitchen as the material is rustproof.
Haptics play a major role with furniture knobs. Some of the Viefe products are ribbed to give the hand a better grip. This is practical for many drawer fronts. Other knobs emphasize the design and are made of stainless steel or zamak and have an acrylic front that looks like old, polished glass.
Furniture feet
Like people, furniture needs good feet to stand firmly and securely. With the Fonda model, the designers have gone to great lengths to combine a beautiful base with great functionality. The rectangular model has a small screw embedded in the center of the base. This makes it possible to adjust the height if the surface is not level, for example. This puts an end to the days of wobbly furniture. The legs are made of solid aluminum and can be purchased with different treated surfaces.
The Jazz range of legs has a simple L-shaped structure that can be combined with furniture in all styles. They are made of zamak and are available in two finishes: shiny chrome and matt chrome. Thanks to their smooth structure, Viefe's furniture feet fit into almost any environment and blend seamlessly into a wide variety of furniture arrangements.
All feet also have a hard-wearing plastic glide. This prevents scratches or scuff marks on the floor. The legs have a high load-bearing capacity; the Fonda model, for example, can support up to 100 kg per leg. This makes the products equally suitable for tables and closets.

ENVIRONMENT
Today, a global company like Viefe has to care about the environment. That is why there are various measures that contribute to environmental protection and sustainability.
Origin: Viefe only uses wood from European forests where sustainable forestry is practiced. The origin of all materials is carefully checked.
Recycling: The materials from which Viefe products are made are recyclable. The company wants them to find a new use after they have been used. Recycled material is also used for the packaging.
Emissions: CO2 emissions and energy consumption are kept as low as possible. Waste is avoided in the production process and the use of adhesives, for example, is significantly reduced.
VISION
Viefe wants its knobs and handles to be the icing on the cake of a piece of furniture and emphasize its value and functionality. To achieve this, the company is constantly reinventing itself and working to improve its products.
Promise: Viefe wants to satisfy its suppliers, interior designers and end customers with its products. These should emphasize the design of the furniture and improve its function.
Details: To make the furniture knobs and handles better and better, we look at every little detail. All feedback is taken seriously and investigated. The love for the little things is what makes the developers at Viefe happy.
